Abstract. In this paper we presented the partial elaboration of the data access programs and the procedure for extracting the data from the databank. For this, the source codes for the following procedures had been written: access to data, extract data from databank, static and dynamic programs testing. At the same time, we checked the integrity of the data from the data bank when one runs the access or extracting programs.
