Abstract.
The stability of bioactive compounds, of vegetal origin, used as intermediaries with a well defined pharmacological action is essential for the viability and efficiency of the pharmaceutical formula in treating different affections. Due to the present standards, the qualitiy and stability of the pharmaceutical products must correspond to some established and controled requirements. To control the physical-chemical stability of the phytoextracts concentrated in propilen glycol, we elaborated a study to detrmine the product validity, in such a way that will allow considering them good to be confirmed in the laboratory stage. For the complex experimental studies achieved in the laboratory stage, we analysed the following extracts: extract concentrated in propilen glycol from Calendula, extract concentrated in propilen glycol from oak bark, extract concentrated in propilen glycol from chestnut bark, extract concentrated in propilen glycol from berberis bark.
